Mark's Off Madison.
Chef Mark Strausman's restaurant and bakery on Madison Square Park: rustic Italian, European classics, Jewish deli favorites and Straussie's hand-rolled bagels. The new site turns nine PDF menus into real pages, is built to WCAG 2.2 AA, and runs on Digital Plate, our restaurant AI platform.

02The challenge
The old site kept every menu in a PDF: hard to read on a phone, invisible to search engines and to the AI assistants diners now ask where to eat. Photos had file names for alt text, and changing the hours meant a developer. Lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, the bagel counter and catering all needed to be one tap away.
